Welcome to our Humble Abode

Dear friends,

We’re so glad that you’re joining us here, in our new home, for this most special of occasions. Before we really get started, it seems only right to begin by thanking each and every single one of you.

Even before the first issue was printed we were being asked when we were bringing out our second. Shortly afterwards, the idea of a second issue seemed to become a foregone conclusion in the minds of our friends and family. I don’t think it’s possible to overstate how important that response was for us. More than anything, it reinforced our own belief that there is a place for this sort of material: for young photographers, for new ideas, for us. There is an appetite. And it’s hungry.

Our goal from now on is to indulge that appetite and for this website to be the all-you-can-eat buffet that fulfils those visual urges you didn’t even know you had yet. With that in mind, it’s time to chat about what we have in mind.

Junior will continue being a printed presence in your lives on our established yearly (-ish) schedule. In between, it will continue to live on here. We will be posting a veritable smorgasbord of content ranging from in-depth project features, to interviews, to things more focused on the written word. We've got some bangin' content in the oven and a lot more to announce over the coming weeks.

Finally, holding all of this together is the Junior store. All of our publications will be made available for purchase directly from us. We’ll skate, cycle and ship each package directly to your door, sealed with a loving kiss. And to mark the launch of junior.ie, the first issues of Junior and RIP will be available as a bundle for fifteen euro. That's right folks, cheaper than a pair of Ellius' socks. Get 'em while stocks last.

That's it from us for now. We're very excited for the next leg of our journey. Let’s see where it takes us.

All the love,

George and Ellius
